Request a refund within 7 days of payment for a full refund, regardless of usage.
After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Annual subscriptions (99,000 KRW) follow the same refund policy. Full refund within 7 days, prorated monthly (9,900 KRW/month) thereafter.
